Baldwin Brothers, Inc. is a full service real estate brokerage in business since 1998 and created to service commercial real estate clients.
Scott A. Baldwin The brokerage was created by Scott A. Baldwin, a former Marine and police officer, whose experience in commercial real estate began in 1992. Scott's experience has been predominantly in land acquisitions and dispositions, but he has been very active in retail sales and leasing, property development and tenant/investor representation. Scott's experience also includes many office/industrial sales, leases and build-to-suits, in addition to property management experience. Scott's list of contacts is vast within the central Indiana market. Scott is an Indiana real estate broker, and the principal broker for the firm. He is a member of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Board of Realtors, the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Scott has worked closely with many local and national developers, assisting with their acquisitions, project management, lease-up, and dispositions of their retail centers.
Mark Baldwin Mark Baldwin, whose experience in commercial real estate began in 1997, joined Baldwin Brothers Real Estate Group in 2006, Mark’s experience has been predominantly in land acquisitions and dispositions, but he has also been very active in retail and office sales and leasing, property development and tenant/investor representation and property valuation. Mark is an Indiana real estate broker, and the associate broker for the firm. He is a member of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Board of Realtors, the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mark has also worked closely with Paragon Companies, a regional real estate developer, general contractor and property management firm assisting with their acquisitions, project management, lease-up, and dispositions of their retail centers.
Luke Baldwin
Luke Baldwin joined the company in 2007, boosting our creative, marketing, and advertising abilities. Luke came to us from Bertch, a large manufacturer of fine furniture, where he was Graphic Coordinator in their Marketing department. He used innovation to define projects and meet the constraints of cost, time and customer. Prior to that, Luke was Lead Artist at The Mudd Group, a national agency specializing in retail advertising. His ability to produce visual solutions to the communication needs of the customer, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness, adds to Baldwin Brothers ability to deliver a product that conforms to customer requirements.
David Baldwin
David Baldwin joined the team in 2004, to bring an extensive marketing background to Baldwin Brothers’ efforts. David left Real Estate Research Corporation where he was in charge of production for their quarterly and annual RERC industry and forecast reports. These reports are used throughout the United States by investment and brokerage firms. David’s knowledge of technology, web application programming, database development, 3D rendering creation, graphical design, and marketing has given the team an edge over traditional brokerage firms, with automated exposure, research, in-house marketing creation, and the use of the internet as a significant delivery tool. David is a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and a licensed real estate salesperson in both Indiana and Iowa.
Baldwin Brothers’ current listings include several million dollars worth of commercial real estate inventory. Baldwin Brothers also has an affiliated holding company with investment properties owned by the team. The team’s transactional history is several hundred million dollars and is well known amongst area farmers as land specialists. Consequently, the group’s experience and contact with developers throughout the Midwest is extensive. The team’s technology expertise is unsurpassed. They are also adept with various software packages, including ARGUS, which allow them to assist their investor clients in the analysis of investment property acquisition and disposition.
